The Deposit and Consignment Office (CDC) won the HR Awards Tunisia 2020 in the category "Global strategy in response to COVID-19 crisis," as part of the 7th edition of "HR AWARDS Tunisia 2020" organised by the Association of Training and Human Resources Managers in Companies (ARFORGHE) and the KONRAD-Adnauer-Stiftung (KAS).
A special edition, taking into account the COVID-19 crisis, has been set up for this year, reflecting an adjustment of the audit grid, in order to identify the best companies that have distinguished themselves in the anti-COVID fight and that have managed to preserve their talents and the well-being of their Human Capital.
This award is the result of teamwork capable of taking up challenges in any situation. The resilience, agility and commitment of all are key factors in the office's success in response to this crisis," reads a press release published by the CDC on its website.
This competition aims to reward employers who have implemented best HR practices, guaranteeing their employees optimal working conditions, as well as their professional and personal development.
Participating companies and institutions were evaluated according to a reference framework that allowed them to review, in a scientific approach, all the aspects that were communicated following the submission of their applications.
