Under the High Patronage of Mr. Elyes Fakhfakh, Head of Government, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research organized the first virtual fair, in science, technology and innovation in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, jointly with the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and SMEs, and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, on April 14, 2020, at the technological center of El Ghazela.

This event brought together in a virtual space scientists, researchers, inventors, carriers of ideas and creators of technological solutions "Made In Tunisia", the key players in the medical sector, Industry and Investment in Tunisia with strategic decision-makers, for a collective, coherent and effective commitment at the service of the national health sector.
Aware of the strong impact that this initiative can have on coping with the Covid-19 pandemic, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has offered to engage with stakeholders in order to achieve the objectives set.

This first virtual fair aims to promote the intellectual wealth and Tunisian know-how in Science, technology and innovation by supporting and encouraging skills and talents carrying ideas and solutions, to put them at the service of the needs of the citizen facing the Covid-19 pandemic.
The virtual platform (https://vfair.i-360.tn/) hosts exhibitions in the form of videos lasting 1 to 3 minutes. Opportunities for virtual interaction between the various participants as well as between the participants and the general public are gradually being established.
